The Lost Soul - Part 1

PREFACE

I tripped over my lifetime. I have been through many things in my life until today. I do not think like other peoples think about this life. I do not know which one is right and which one is wrong. Seems like the things that you thought it is correct does not mean it is correct maybe it can be wrong things. However, I do not want to be like this forever.

My First Disaster

My name is Selena. I was born in Arizona. I am an orphan. Peoples said that I have a pretty face. When I was 3 years old, I had a perfect childhood that everyone may not be able to have it. I had kind parents. I love them so much. My parents was an owner from the one of the biggest companies in Arizona.

Someday, my parents partner had destroyed my entire life. I do not know clearly what their problems. They threatened my parents. They threatened to kill my whole family.  My parents entrusted me to my aunt her name is Rosaline. Unfortunately, my parents died when they are on the way to fix their problem with their partner. They was killed by someone that I did not know. I was so sad. Since that day, I can not think clearly as other people do. I became a naughty girl, but I did not mean it. I just wanted to be happy with my own way.

Rosaline is a mean woman. She loves me like my parents love me. She had different way to educated me. She used violence way to educate me. At first, I rejected the way she educated me but recently I know she wanted me become the best person. Until one day, she became very angry to me.
"Selena! I educated you to become a success person not a bad person!" she said
"I did not mean it Rosaline, I just..." I answered
"I do not want to listen any reasons again, I curse you!"
Then, a blue light shines bright around me. I felt my body become smaller. I felt my wings. I was surprised at that time. I barely knew that Rosaline has supernatural powers. She is a witch. I looked at the mirror, I became a dove! an ugly dove!
Then Rosaline said "If you want to be a human again, you must changed your attitude, discover who you are and the last you must find someone who want to take care of you with his heart and love you no matter what happen. Remember, you can not to be a human again if you skip one of the rules or do that rules randomly because to be loved, you have to love yourself first"
"Now go away from here! you can not comeback here until you become a human again" she continued.

Journal 3

 Hi everyone,

After the mid-term test from this second semester, I continue studying in writing class. I had learned so many things in writing class. Things that I have learned before are kind of nouns, pronouns, sentences, prepositions, adjectives and adverbs. After the mid-term test I learned some new things such as recount text and narrative text. My study about the narrative text is still on progress, I will upload it later. Soon, I will learned how to make a biography text.

Actually, I did not come in the first meeting of writing 1 class because of sick. I got fever in that time but the lectures gave the new instructions task from blog. I also asked to a few friends from my class about the explanation from the lecturers that day. Well, the task is about we must write about the new sign of zodiac that came from our mind and gave the description. It was not easy because I am not a soothsayer. I searched about the sign first, the meaning of color from the sign, the characters animal from the sign so I could gave the description from the reference.It was the new challenge for me.

In the second meeting, I learned about recount text. As I said in the previous post, I attended an event from my campus.The event is about International Culture Festival and Celebration. I got the task after I attended the event. I should retell about my experience in that event. It was not easy when I began to write the post.

In the third meeting, I did not have a class because my campus held an event that called training kader. I am the one of the participant in that event but I had a task in thursday before I went to the event. The task is about narrative text but I should determined the drafts first. It was not easy because I am not good at make a story.

So far in this writing class, I got a few difficult things. For me, the most difficult things is make a narrative text. Evidently, make a narrative text is not easy as I was imagined before. I had made the draft, but I think I should improve the text. For the next step in this writing class, I think I should search a lot of the reference so It can be very helpful for my study in this writing class. Not only about that, I will pay attention to the grammar and the punctuation too.I think my writing skills is better than before but I still have to be careful to my grammar and also the punctuation.

International Culture Festival and Celebration

On 8 April 2016 my campus held an event called “International Culture Festival and Celebration”. Actually, I felt this event very useful but some audiences looked did not interest with this event. There was some booth from other countries such from France, Belarus, Hakka community, Indonesia, Spain, Netherlands and Germany. We had guest from some senior high schools and public people. There was so many people there. Our rector also came to this event.

At first, we listened some explanation from Hakka community. They explained so many things about Hakka comunity such as the territory from China, history of China and House of Hakka community in the past. I learned so many things about Hakka community here, that I did not ever know before. Then, we learned some France language from Institut Francais. We learned basic language from France such “bonjour, je m’appelle...”. They also explained about the cost from the course if we want to learn France language.

From Belarus booth, they explained about Belarus country. I did not know much about Belarus. After they explained about Belarus, I knew some interesting facts about Belarus. Not only that, we watched short video about Belarus. Unfortunately, the speaker from Belarus could not spoke Russian language.

The audiences looked tired and sleepy at that time, but then we awakened because we had some interested explanation and activities from Spain booth. First, our guest from Spain explained about Spanish country. Then they taught us salsa dance. So many People learned how to dance salsa in the stage.

After that, we had a break time. We enjoyed nasi pecel from Indonesia booth. While we enjoyed some food from Hakka comunity and Indonesia booth, we heard some folk songs from some region of Indonesia. Not only that, we also enjoyed a traditional dance of Indonesia.

For the next session, we heard some explanation from Germany. I amazed with the speaker booth from Germany because they can spoke Indonesia language fluently. I liked the way they explained about Germany it was so fun! They shared some gifts for anyone who can answered their question. The audiences looked very excited. They also showed short video about Germany.

The  last session, we heard some explanation about Netherlands. It was from Yayasan Caraka Mulia. I was so excited because I met my Netherlands teacher there (I am studying in there). We learned about basic Netherlands language, we watched short video about keukenhof, it is very beautiful! They shared some gifts too, for those who can answered their question. It was fun!

Traits and Personality Of Anser

Friendly, calm and adventurer individuals. Most Anser people are extremely care with people around them. Although they are extremely care with people around them, they can lead people around them wisely. Anser is the sign symbolised by the image of a goose. Their symbol depicts a goose swimming in the water. This mirrors how Anser live their life. Water symbolize calmness. A white goose is symbolize adventurer and friendly because a goose is a friendly animal. A goose is an adventurer animal too. 

As a sun goes through many changes as it moves from it is sink to shine again, Anser are undergoing many new adventures and experiences. Most Anser people become the philosophers, president, visionary, founder, manager and director. Anser people are incredibly adaptable. They are to be found leading the groups in many diverse areas of life and many Anser can be found represented among the top business millionaires. Although that, they always pay attention to their subordinates condition.

The most important thing in Anser life are people around them. Although that, Anser people are not loyal people. In love life, Anser people will stay until they do not need their lover anymore and get a new one.

Journal 2

As I said before, I took writing class for this semester. I had learned many things in writing class such as kind of nouns, pronouns, sentences, prepositions, adjectives and adverbs. Not only that, I learned how to write my experiences, how to describe someone and the last thing I learned was how to write chronological order on a blog.

So far in this writing class, I got a few difficult things. Such when I wrote "Moments of my life". I got misunderstanding about how to write chronological order. I made many mistakes, so I made many changes on my post. I got difficulties to improve my story. I often careless about the grammar, punctuation, spacing, paragraph and also capital letters. Sometimes I confused about the correct vocabulary too. I think I must more carefull when I put a punctuation, capital letters and I think I must more improve my vocabulary.It is very usefull because maybe someday we can apply it when we write the autobiography of someone. Maybe after we got writing knowledge we can be a writer.

For the writing midterm test, I will prepare my grammar because I think I must improve my grammar and pay more attention about it. Not onlu grammar, I think I must pay attention about paragraph, spacing, capital letters and also punctuation. I hope my writing skills at the midterm test more better than before.

Moments of my life

That must be something happened in someone life who creates that person today.

Hi, I am Laurensia Belansa Endrakarensa. I was born in Surabaya, Indonesia on March 18,1996. There are so many moment on my life that create me today.

In 2002 my mother sent me to the Elementary School in Surabaya. Something happened in that day. Actually, I was a talkative person, but someday when my school celebrated a ceremony I heard one of my friend whispered to my another friend "Do you like Bela? she is very talkative. I do not like her". I am a sensitive person so since that day, I decided to become a quite person. Another bad moment was, when I was on 5 grade I had a teacher of math. Almost everyday I had math class. Unfortunately, almost everyday I came late to school. I could not do anything because my father escorted me when I went to school. He had another activities in the morning and that made me late. Everyday my teachers judge me in front of the class. I really hate it. That was a bad moments of my childhood. Since that day, I hate people who judge somebody without know the reasons.

I continued my study to Junior High School when I was 13 years old. I had bad moments in Junior High School. I became a member of a Junior high school in Surabaya ( I do not want to mention the name) at the began, It was so difficult I could not follow almost all of the subjects. I passed my first grade in Junior High School with standard scores. I tried to learn more when I was on 8 grade. Unfortunately, I did not pass my grade because I had another problem too. Then, I moved to another school. I stayed in 8 grade. I was so unhappy. It became a very difficult moment in my life because I must adapt again. I had much more better scores than before, but I hated the teachers. They were bullying students too much, they did not want to know the reason of someone mistakes then they judge. That made me to become an introvert person, because I thought no one could understand me. I passed my study at Junior High School on June, 2012.

I continued my study in a Vocational High School in July, 2012. I studied culinary there, I was so happy because I love culinary. I love all of the little things of my school. Although sometimes I was tired but I was happy. I felt they more appreciated me. I had a good scores, good teachers and also good friends. It was my high achievement in my life because I got ranked 3 in class for 3 years. I also could did new experience that I did not like before such got closer with my teachers. They were really friendly. 
Then, I passed my Vocational High School on June, 2015. I was very happy, but I had a bad moment in the same month that changed my life. I lost my father because he passed away on June 17, 2015. I was very sad, but life must go on right? I became more stronger than before, I continued my life although it was hard. Now, I become a member of  the English department at Widya Mandala University since August, 2015.

People Around Me

Yes, that is right. Humans is social beings. However, we need someone else to help us in every situation. You should have family and friends. Therefore I want to share a description about my family and my friends.

 "Family like branches on a tree we may grow in different directions yet our roots remain as one" by Unknown.
Family is the first place who teach you about this life. Family is the place when you can share everything. Family is the place where you come home.
 
Well family is the important thing in our life. First, I will describe about my whole family.There are 4 people in my family. I have a mother, 1 sister and 1 brother. I am the oldest sister. Actually I had a father but when he was 46 years old last year, he was passed away at 17 June 2015. His height is around 169 cm. When he still alive, he had ideal body. He was a kind person, stubborn and introvert too but if you knew him, he was nice to everyone. His job before he passed away was an employee in a bank. Of course his nationality is Indonesian. 
 
Second, I will describe about my mother. She was the first human I saw when I opened my eyes in this world. A relationship with a mother is divine and all of my childhood memories are either related to my mom or my school. My mother is a single parent, and now she is 45 years old. My mother does not work outside the home. Her job is a housewife. She stays home and takes care of the house. She also raises the kids and cooks everyday. Her height is the same as me, but she is fatter than me. She has short black hair. She is friendly, talkative and stubborn. She seems lonely sometimes. As a single parent I am so proud of her, because she could survive without my father.

I have a sister. She is a student. Now, she sits in 6 grade of elementary school. Her age is 12 this year. My sister has a small body like me but she has a very different face and skin with me. Therefore people will not realize that she is my sister. Her height is around 143 cm and her weight is around 26 kg. She has brown skin and black straight hair. Her hair is short. She is very talkative like my mother.

The last is my little brother. He is a student too. He sits in 4 grade of elementary school, the same school as my sister. His age is 10 this year. My brother has a dark skin and he has different face from me too. He looks like my sister and people always think that they are twin. His height is around 143 cm and his weight is around 33 kg. He is very childish and stubborn.

"Each friend represents a world in us, a world possibly not born until they arrive, and it is only by this meeting that a new world is born" by Anais Nin. Friends is also important in our life. They accompany us when we need someone to hold on. We do not need many, but a few friends is enough if they are our real friends.

Now, I will tell you about my friends.

I have 4 best friends that I met in Vocational high school. I am very proud because they exist in my life although sometimes we have different opinions. I found them with a variety difficult process. It was not easy to find a real friends like them. In some difficult moments that I had experienced when I was on Vocational High School I found and I knew who they are.
 

First, is Atalya We were getting closer since I was in 12 grade of  Vocational high school. She is a student in a university in Surabaya. Her age is 20 this year. As an Asian girl, she has slim and tall body. Her height is around 163 cm and her weight is around 46 kg. She is very diligent, she always helps our teachers. She is a beautiful girl but unfortunately she has a pug nose. She has beautiful eyes. She is very nice to everyone, multi-talented and very talkative. She likes take a walk in the mall. 

I have another best friend who sat together with me in the same class for 3 years when I was in Vocational high school. Her name is Dayinta. Actually, everyone hate her (including me at that time) because she looks very grumpy when she is in the kitchen but in the end I knew who she is. Now, she takes Diploma 3 of culinary in dessert in a university in Bandung. Her age is 19 this year. She is a creative, moody and multi-talented too. She has beautiful black hair and brown skin. She likes drawing and cooking. I learned drawing from her. Her height 158 cm and her weight is 50 kg.
  

My third friend is Yolanda. I was getting closer with her since we had trainee in the same hotel when I was in 11 grade. Now, she helps her mother 's business. She does not continue her study to university. She has a big body but she looks cute. We call her panda because she has a fat body and fluffy eyes. Actually she is a quite person, evidently she keeps her hidden talent. She could makes handycrafts. I like her handycrafts.

And the last is Gio. I was getting closer with her since we had a retreat in school. She is a student in a university in Surabaya. Her age is 20 this year. She take her bachelor of marketing management. She is a kind and beautiful girl. She has a sense of humor. She has a little body but she is smaller and fatter than me. Her height is 145 cm and her weight is 45 kg. She is good at math and accounting. She is a mixed race from Chinese and Indonesian.

Although we are not in the same school and town, sometimes we still take the time to gather. Usually, we take a walk to the galaxy mall when we are on holidays.
