Hi everyone, I would like to tell you about Paulus Budi
Sujanto, He is the head of transmission network eastern from the television company, Indosiar
and Surya Citra Televisi Indonesia. He is a friendly man. He has a lot of
friends. Some of his friends is police. It was not easy to become a success man
like now. There was a long story before he could be a success man like now.

Paulus Budi Sujanto was born in a small village called Pacet,
Indonesia. Maybe some of you do not know about this village. This is a beautiful
village, you could browse it. He was born on January 15, 1972. He came from a
simple family. His mother is a housewife she stays at home and take care of
house, sometimes she helps people to cook for their events. She always make
delicious foods. His father was a farmer. He has a little brother. His uncle
and his aunt helped him to pay his school.
He became a student of kindergarten school in 1977. When he
was in kindergarten school, he joined a lot of competitions especially for
painting competitions. He won a painting competition when he joined painting
competition for the sub-district level. Unfortunately, he lost the competition
when he joined painting competition for the regency level. In 1979 he became a
student of an elementary school in Pacet. He also joined some painting
competitions but he never won the competitions when he was in elementary school.
When he was on 5 grade, he began to like science subject especially for
electricity. He continued his study to Junior High School in Pacet, when he
studied there he joined a lot of competitions especially for painting
competitions but same like when he joined painting competitions on elementary
school, he never won that competitions. On the other hand, he was a one of the
good students he was a smart student he always got the top 10 in the class. He
liked to learn english and physics. Then, He continued his study. He became the
member of Vocational High School. He learned about the electronics
communication for 4 years. When he studied there, he followed some extracurricular
such as taekwondo and football.
In 1994, after he graduated from Vocational High School, he
did not continue his study to university. He applied for the jobs. At the first
time, he applied for a jobs in a Junior High School in Pacet. He taught art there
for 10 months.
He felt that he must get more experience, so he decided to
go to Jakarta for applied for the another jobs. He applied for jobs in
Indosiar, that was in april, 1995. He followed the test from 8 a.m until 5 p.m.
At that time, everything went smoothly. After 5 p.m he got an announcement and
he was very happy because his applied was accepted. He worked at maintenance
studio, he got duty outside, he joined a lot of training he went to Singapore
and Hongkong. He went to Hongkong twice. Actually, he was offered by his
company to go to London and Las Vegas, but he did want it because it was too
cold there. He trusted by his company to become the head of the training. After
that, he became a technician. He got promoted by his company to become an
engineer, he made a studio and many things there. He became a supervisor,
senior supervisor, and junior section F. Unfortunately, when he was became a junior
section F, he lost his father. His father was passed away in 2003. He was very
sad at that time. He loved his father.
In 2005 he moved to Surabaya. He became the head of
transmission network eastern. On the other hand, there was a few people who did
not like it because he was the youngest person who became the head of
transmission network eastern at that time. Luckily, there was no serious
problems when he became the head of transmission network eastern.
He got married in 2005 with a beautiful girl in Pacet. She
was one of his students while he worked at Junior High School in Pacet. His
wife work in a bank. He has a small family. He lives there with his small family
and his mother in-law. In June, 2006 his first child was born. His first child
is a boy. His name is Vian. In October, 2010 his second child was born. His
second child is a girl. Her name is Reytha.
He continued his study to the university in 2006. He studied
in Mayjen Sungkono Univerisity that is in Mojokerto. He took his bachelor
degree. He studied at law because he needs to know more about law especially
about regulation article broadcasting and another things which is related with
his job. He thought that he did not need to study at faculty of communication
because if he studied there, he need more time to study than to work. On the
other hand, he felt that he already know all about communications. He graduated
in 2010.
Now, he has 144 subordinates. He is trusted by his company
to oversee 16 station. The station is consisting of 7 station in Indosiar and 9
station in Surya Citra Televisi Indonesia. There is 9 peoples in every station.
He oversees Indosiar and Surya Citra Televisi Indonesia stations especially for
the eastern Indonesia. Although he works
in Surabaya, he lives in Pacet. Sometimes, he pass the jungle and he goes to
Malang to oversee the station there at the middle of night. Everyday he goes to
Surabaya and after he finishes his works, he go home to Pacet.
In 2015, He continued his study to a university in Surabaya.
He took his master degree. He continue his study at law until now.
